Welcome to Physio Flow, Portishead’s first dedicated yoga and pilates studio.
Whether you are a complete beginner, returning to your practice after a long break or a seasoned yogi, we have classes for all abilities!
We are committed to providing a fun, friendly and relaxed environment for our
events, classes and physiotherapy services. We believe that anyone and everyone
can do yoga or pilates and it is our mission is to make health and wellness
affordable and accessible for all.
