Marie

I've been practicing yoga for around 10 years now. I became a qualified yoga teacher two years ago and went onto teach classes to the local community in person and online. Due to relocation and a shoulder injury, I decided to pause teaching for a while, to further deepen my studies in all things yoga.

Focusing on Inclusive Yoga, Ayurveda and my advanced yoga teacher training (500hr YTT) which I have almost completed. When teaching I love breaking down asanas/poses, offering what I like to call 'bus stops', so although some movements/shapes might seem challenging, I build to them in stages so you can choose when to stop (get off the bus). Empowering you to choose your own adventure on the mat that day.

Jo G

A cardio junkie at heart, I never thought the pandemic would lead me to a yoga mat never mind to training to become a yoga teacher. But after months of just sitting at my desk, on the couch, and on bike trainer in the spare room my hips were so tight I could barely stand up straight.

A trip to the chiropractor and the recommendation that I should take up yoga didn’t particularly excite me, but for my health and my hips I agreed it was probably something I needed to do. And that is how I found myself at PhysioFlow. From the very first session I became yoga curious and had so many questions. My husband suggested that if I was that interested in learning more,I should join a Teacher Training program.

Over the last 2 years I have felt a shift in me that’s hard to explain, but if you know, you know. Being on my mat makes me feel calmer, happier and lighter, and although I never planned on actually teaching, now I just want to share that joy with everyone.
